The master bedroom with en-suite shower room, has a double bed and an additional single bed. The second bedroom also with double bed, has ample space to accommodate an additional single bed and cot, if requested.
A washing machine and ironing facilities ensure all guests' needs are catered for.
A comfortable sitting room, furnished with antique furniture and sofa bed, wood burning stove, TV/Video/DVD, library and games.
The lower ground floor has a spacious shower room and access to the large shaded veranda. The veranda is the ideal place for BBQs (gas powered) and eating after your tiring day out or perhaps just sitting unwinding overlooking the pool and enjoying a glass of the local Bergerac wine. In fact the perfect peace may tempt you to spend your holiday there moving only to swim, play table tennis or a leisurely game of croquet.
The swimming pool with Roman end is 10m x 5m x 1.4m deep throughout and young children should be supervised at all times. The English lady owner (well behaved!) lives in the adjacent property and is on hand to offer help and advice on house hunting, trips and tours.
The Gite is centrally heated and is also available for longer “house hunting lets”, short breaks and bed and breakfast (excluding July and August).
A welcome pack is included and a meal on your arrival can be arranged. Bed linen is available for hire.
There are four bicycles available for exploring the local countryside and enjoying the vast range of wildlife. (helmets are not provided) Take a picnic and make a day of it.
