The master bedroom (Rose room) with en-suite shower, has a double bed and an additional single bed and space for cot. Very spacious decorated in typical French Style. The second bedroom (Blue room) also with double bed, is very pretty.
The large kitchen dining room features a big old open fireplace(electric heater) and is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and table for eight. A washing machine and ironing facilities ensure all guests' needs are catered for.
A comfortable sitting room, furnished with antique furniture and sofa bed, wood burning stove, TV/Video/DVD, library and games.
The lower ground floor has a spacious shower room and access to the large shaded veranda. The veranda is the ideal place for BBQs (gas powered) and eating after your tiring day out or perhaps just sitting unwinding overlooking the pool and enjoying a glass of the local Bergerac wine. In fact the perfect peace may tempt you to spend your holiday there moving only to swim, play table tennis or a leisurely game of croquet.
The swimming pool with Roman end is 10m x 5m x 1.4m deep throughout and young children should be supervised at all times.
The Gite is oil heated and is also available for longer winter lets and short breaks. In winter we do not include heating,and electricity or welcome pack. Guests provide own wood for woodburning stoves

The main house can be rented with the Gite for larger groups of family and friends. Providing an interconnecting house to Gite with facilities comfortably sleeping up to 10 adults, and additional sofabeds if needed. Own private entrance and outdoor seating areas. exclusive use of pool, grounds and house
