Rental Rates
Prices quoted are per week and include the cost of utilities (except during long lets).
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking and final payment is due on or before 8 weeks from the beginning of the holiday.
A refundable security deposit of £200 per booking is required
* Please note that in peak season of July and August the Farmhouse and Gite are rented together as one holiday home. Ideal for friends and Family holidaying together. Outside July and August the gite can be hired seperatly with sole use of pool .
THE Cost is £2200.00 per week. Can comfortably sleep 10 Adults for July and August.

The owners do not live at house. Access is via Masterlock. Gardner and Pool maintenance throughout summer. Also Cleaner for any extra cleans
We welcome long term winter lets from end of September. This does not include bills of electricity and heating. Guests provide own wood for woodburning stoves. Please phone/Email owner for further details. A lot of experience of helping guests with contacts and advise for house buying
In July and August we only rent out the whole house together. This provides then, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two kitchens, 2 dining rooms, and one further room with a sofabed. Please contact Andrea for additional information. Exclusive use of property and the Pool and Grounds
Please note that long term winter rents the pool is not maintained. The pool is unheated and open from end of May, depending on weather. The pool is not totally enclosed
